By booking our car cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Prestige Auto provides doorstep car cleaning services in Jaipur and surrounding areas.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide access to water supply and electricity at the service location
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and parked in a suitable location
• Remove all valuable items from the vehicle before service
• Inform us of any pre-existing damage to the vehicle
• Be present or have a representative available during the service

3. Water and Electricity

The customer is required to provide access to water and electricity for our cleaning equipment. This is essential for providing quality service. If water or electricity is not available, the service may be rescheduled or cancelled.

4. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings can be made through our website or by calling us
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or emergencies
• In case of no-show, the booking fee may be forfeited

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, UPI, and online payments
• Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition
• Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles

6. Service Quality

We strive to provide the best quality service. If you are not satisfied with our service, please inform our team immediately so we can address any concerns on the spot.

7. Liability

• Prestige Auto is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle
• We are not liable for any items left in the vehicle
• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

8. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information only for providing our services. Your data is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
